“Long ago, in a universe far, far away, Onus and Odium stood at the brink of creation. As ancient as the stars, they were twin forces of nature— Onus, the weight of responsibility and burden, and Odium, the embodiment of hatred and destruction. Their rivalry was a tale older than time itself, spreading like cracks in the fabric of reality. No one knew who was born first, for each claimed superiority, but their war danced across dimensions, shaping the worlds beneath their gaze. Through every flicker of a candle's flame or the rustle of leaves in the wind, their whispers filled the air, echoing in the minds of all living things.

The waters of time, which flowed from their conflict, touched every world. Each ripple carried the pulse of their eternal struggle, feeding life, yet also sowing chaos. Where Onus sought to build, to place upon the shoulders of mortals the weight of their choices, Odium sought only to tear down, to burn through the fragile peace they clung to. Together, they were the essence of existence—the push and pull of order and ruin, of love and loathing. And though their power seemed distant, removed from the common lives of those they watched over, their war was not. It seeped into every thought, every quiet fear, and every hushed dream.

Now, the air feels thick with their presence once more. The whispers grow louder, calling for champions, for those who would pick a side in the coming storm. Will you bear the burden of Onus, or wield the fury of Odium? The time for neutrality has passed. As the skies darken and the rivers churn, the war between the ancient siblings spills ever closer.

The only question left is: are you ready?"
